The business behind this site

Middlesbrough Patios is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. In law, that business is the controller of the details you share here, and info@middlesbroughpatios.co.uk is the address to use for anything to do with your data.

Our form provider

Our enquiry form is run by HighLevel, trading as LeadConnector, which is based in the USA; it is served from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel acts as our processor and keeps enquiry records on our behalf. That can involve sending your information to the US, where it is covered by the safeguards set out in HighLevel's data processing agreement.

Storage used by the form

The form cannot work without a little storage on your device. It sets __cf_bm, a security cookie, and writes local storage entries (prefixes v2_, v3_ and form_progress_) holding session history, a browser identifier and your progress, so the enquiry can be linked to the page you started from. The provider also receives your IP address and browser type. You may clear all of this whenever you want; see cookies for more.

Website hosting and analytics

The website is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and similar technical data to load pages and block abuse. There are no analytics tools and no tracking or advertising cookies on Middlesbrough Patios.

Bot protection

The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. It also fetches supporting files, such as fonts, from its provider's servers. No Facebook or advertising pixel is set up on it.

What the quote form collects

When you fill in the quote form we receive what you type into it: normally your name, phone number, email address and postcode, plus anything you tell us about the patio job. We use it to answer your enquiry. If you ring 01642 065058, anything you tell us on the call is treated the same way. There are no accounts or logins on this site.

How long we keep it

Records of an enquiry are deleted at the latest 24 months after the final contact between us.

Why the law allows this

Two grounds apply: taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries properly.

Sharing your details

Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Nobody else gets your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Controlling your information

If you want to see what we hold, fix a mistake, have your details removed or stop us using them, email info@middlesbroughpatios.co.uk. You will hear back within one month.

Complaints

Concerns about our use of personal data can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office; details are at ico.org.uk.
